Excellent!!!
I have killed mine in no time! Do they need any special treatment??

Special treatment?.......
Maybe they need more calcium?

I got a beautiful multiple growth, BS plant from Ernie July '08. I have failed to bloom it but it is a good , nothing special grower as far as I'm concerned. There is a 'C' on Ernie's tag, which means calcium, not something I would think of with most in the paphio subgenus.
Lance's book recommends -
"...The trick to flowering this species is to give it heavy water June-Sept., with high heat during the day, as well as high humidity. In Oct. start to lower the night temp & reduce the amount of water. By Dec. drop temp to 40 degreesF. & keep the plant mostly dry, giving only enough to keep it in good health. Temps may remain low during Jan & Feb but water will need to be given after Dec. Blooms on 2nd or 3rd year growths."
Maybe this will be the year??? We've had a hot summer, the hard part is the 40 degrees for a month is possible, for 2 months unlikely, the daytime temps are low & cloudy, overcast skies would be normal.

I will bloom this plant! Others do so can I!
