    Yeah Hausermann’s has had a lot of these in recent years. I buy them if they’re vigorous. They make good gifts. Bloom out normal, as noted. Yours looks very pale though.

    Dang. These plants look nice and there are some good prices too. I would share the link in my Neo groups but… “Samurai Orchid” is considered an offensive term in there. Do you suppose he’d consider changing it to “fukiran” or “wind orchid” if I asked? His prices are good… I think folks would buy…

    Question: I count 8 plants here; are all in bud? Another question: I think you’re selling yourself short with the comments about “poor indoor culture” or whatever; I grow indoors and have not tackled this species. I would love to see photos showing your conditions in situ.

    Wondering about pitted leaves

    Mites. Wash completely with water/soap/oil mixture. Repeat thoroughly every 5 days for 2 months. Isolate. Increase humidity; mites hate that. Mites are brutal.
