I am constantly threatening to get rid of this plant. Typically, I find the flower boring. However I cannot argue with the easy of flowering it, and its longevity. I miss that it was spiking, so I need to get on that before the next flowers start forming.

Those look great! What did you decide? If it were mine, I would create two new compots. One with the larger seedlings and one with the smaller seedlings. They are clearly thriving. Giving the larger ones more room would allow better air movement around the seedlings. Giving the smaller ones...

For anyone interested in Paphiopedilum thaianum, Krull & Smith has flask available for $75. Krull and Smith Paphiopedilum I must say I have found thaianum a bit challenging from flask. Still I am giving these a try. The seedlings look larger than my last flask.
