Anyone with experience of SMC (spider mite control)?

Did you happen to mean Azamax? I use this for spider mite control indoors.

Blc Burdekin Bells ‘Rachel’x Cattleya Hawaiian Devotion 'Fred Shull’

This is the 5th seedling to bloom from this flask. The 3rd and 4th seedlings were not the best form. I may keep this one around, see if it can improve:

    Phragmipedium America ‘O Beautiful’

Received an AM at last evenings AOS judging outreach program for our May NCOS meeting. This is a second clone of Phrag. America in the collection, which originates from HP Norton’s cross (Les Dirouillis 'Crystelle' AM / AOS x kovachii).

    Yellow Ladyslippers - 3 varieties, 6 clones

Well done Clark, those are gorgeous and well established. I’m glad they survived the loss of the tree. Are you worried at all about their resilience going into the summer?

    Vanda coerulea supra

My guess would be at least 4 years. If you can keep it growing year round, maybe less.

Phrag Lovely Lynne 4n x sib blooming thread

The new growth looks very strong. Are you using the same fertilizer (RainMix) for the foliar feed? I may try this too.

    Trisetella

This sphagnum moss was collected in Maryland by a local grower. I managed to get a piece and grow it up into a flat to use with most of my orchids that prefer wet feet.

    Dracula Raven

Acquired from Equagenera in January 2024. This is the first time blooming this genus for me. Very cool, seems to get along very well growing in the exact same culture as my phrags.. just suspended a bit off the ground. I am growing this in a net basket with only live sphagnum moss.

Phrag. dalessandroi (Acker's Flamenco Dancer x Acker's Fire Tower)

This was picked up on the members sales table. One of our members picked up a flask years ago and had some for sale.

    Cattleya José Martí 'Mother's Favorite'

Grodan mainly, maybe some perlite. I was going through an experimental phase at the time 🙃

Phrag. dalessandroi (Acker's Flamenco Dancer x Acker's Fire Tower)

Picked up at the 2024 Paph forum. Seems to be establishing nicely in the 1 gallon net pot of grodan chunks. It reminds me of a clown 🤡 nose with that dark staminode.

    Cattleya José Martí 'Mother's Favorite'

This is correct. Time to try again.
