Great flowers, great plant and great photos ...

Lovely and the photo seems to be worth the effort .... at least in my eyes. But why such a high number of shots by this small plant and flower. I use between 5 and 20 shots by picturing much bigger plants and flowers.

At any rate this is a lovely flower and ..... you must love the flower a lot because you put 6 photos here which show the flower more or less in the same position.

No the leaves don't have patterns at all ... like Phal. amabilis.

This is what I bought as Paphiopedilum insigne fma. sanderianum. I say what I bought because on the one hand I'm not 100% sure or convinced it to be the pure species due to some traits that make me doubt like : - the shape of the leaves .... they look in width and shape very Paph. villosum like...

Trichopilia tortilis I know this isn't a Cattleya but I think she is worth to be shown here. This plant flowers every year like clockwork in early summer ... due to stance of the flowers the pot is also a big part of the photo.

Cattleya warneri fma. alba I bought this plant as a young plant in early August 2021 and now I'm happy to see the first flower. I'm happy with this flower and that it is what is written on the tag.

You can see half of the plant in the first photo of post #1 ... the plant looks more or less the same as 1 year ago. If you want a new photo I must beg you for patience of few days.

They all look great and well grown.

Update 2024 The flower spike of last year didn't wilt or wither at all and this year the plant grew a new side branch on this old spike which is now in flower. The flower count has improved markantly .... last year 5 and now 8 flowers.
