eds, please explain "twitcher". I've never heard that term before and I like it! I assume it's a local name for bird watcher. I'm always interested in the words used in English for specific things in particular areas. Vernacular terms are so varied and wonderfully descriptive.

Brucher, I certainly tried to keep the temps. below 80F and most of the time I was successful. All my other Phrags. sustained a bit of damage here and there, but they're doing well and blooming now...also Phals. seem to be doing well and blooming now. That's a bit of a surprise!

Ray, I find your Lucky Girl photo intriguing. Mine has better form, but your flowers have a much deeper, redder color. If I remember correctly, mine was a really nice salmon pink. I'd love to see more of the Lucky Girl blooms for comparison if others here have the plant.

I have this lovely in bud at the moment and it's a winner. I think I got mine from you Rob. Thank you. It was gorgeous last year and I'm quite impatient for that bud to develop further and open that beautiful face.

What happened to the dorsals? Is that the mossiae influence? As I've posted many times, I love white flowers and will enjoy watching these plants mature.

Katahdin, I want a 2 or 3 bulb division for mounting in my greenhouse. It's just an experiment and I love white flowers. Suggestions?
