First blooms of both. Love the size and color of the Patty Wak bloom, and the petite Michel Tremblay has produced four nicely shaped blooms on a very small plant (purchased from Bill/Woodstream last spring).

I’m sure this question has been asked before, but I didn’t find information when searching the forum. What software or apps are being used by hobbyists with small collections? I’ve created a spreadsheet this year as my new collection is bumping 300 plants, but curious if there’s something better...

I think??? It’s fully open at this point. It’s been about 4 days since I thought it had fully expanded. Two days before that (less than a week ago) it was still unfurling.

Thanks for the bloom length info everyone! My eyes may be deceiving me, but it looks like the coloration (yellow) is a bit more intense than when it first opened.

Love the pouch color! Yours is looking great. I have one from Rob as well that I purchased this summer but USPS decided to leave it in my metal mailbox in 90 degree temps which didn’t do it any favors. Considering that they don’t like heat or to dry out I’m thankful that it seems to be settling...

I haven’t seen many of these posted on this forum, so wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the first bloom.

Received this plant in bud from Hillsview Gardens recently (micranthum ‘Woody’s AM/AOS x armeniacum ‘April Song’). Loved seeing it transform from a small bud to a yellow egg to this. How long does the bloom typically last for these?

I’ve found some great fairrieanums at Hillsview and Paph Paradise which are beginning to bloom. I’ve been on the hunt for a blooming sized album for some months but not having any luck. Does anyone have a source by chance? Thanks!

Very pleased with the first blooming of this Don Wimber (Eric Young x besseae) from Paph Paradise. Its first bloom just glows and has looked great for days.
