    Pros and Cons of Grodan rock wool mini cubes

    I have switched a few Phrags (bessae hybrids) to Grodan minicubes/large perlite in a 4 to 1 ratio and the roots are growing like mad. I will further evaluate in a couple of months. Salinity ranges about 200.

    It is a regular one and it's been open for a week or so. It is quite dark and that pleases me. I didn't self it since I want the plant to establish properly nd in any case, I'm not into propagation.
