Phragmipedium 'Sorcerer's Apprentice' is a sequential bloomer that will bloom for most of a year. Very aggressive growers that will thrive with good care and possibly still bloom if neglected.

I agree Tom, the few I have, grow and bloom easily and dependably, blooms last for over a month!!

Yeah, I know it’s a Complex, but I like it! I have a few Complex paphs, I bought in the 1990’s.

I don’t know that it will open anymore…Two days ago exhaust fan failed to turn on and GH temps got in the mid 90’s. Flower was wilted and had it not been staked it would have been laying down. Anyway, staminode looks out of focus…but it isn’t.

I have quite a few of Sam's Roths. also... I have bloomed out some very good OI Roths, petal width and flower count excellent for a first bloom, the best were not a Raptor cross. I have not bloomed out any of his King Kongs yet. Fingers crossed on those as I have quite a few. Talking about...
