I use several different types of clear pots. I have many small fans keeping constant air flow over all my plants. I find the only ones which dry faster are the ones with slits. Grow phrags in these as I let them occasionally sit in the water.
I haven't notice any type of pot (of the same size)...

I have never had a case where very much root grew out of the pot. I have mostly paphs & phrags and the roots stop growing once they exit the pot. I just squeeze the pot gently to loosen the plant & potting material so it's easier to remove.

Recent speaker talked about Disas. Supplied our raffle table. Cleaned up winning four plants. The ones in clear pots are the result of repotting one. Hope I can get them to grow.

Windy Hills has great seedlings & divisions for reasonable prices.
Wood Stream has flasks , bought one. About 15 good sized seedlings.
Apparently it is difficult to get seed pods to develop. When they have seedlings they sell out quickly.
