    It is interesting to put gigantifolium and rungsiriyanum together, that gives a shocking visual impact to the magnificent size different to that two paphio species. Enjoy the comparison photo and the flower photo of gigantifolium itself.

    I use fine fur bark and limestone mix as the growing media. I think it loves relatively shady and cool environment that I put them in front of the water panel and covered by gigantifolium leaves above.

    The leaves of Victoria mariae can be very large and wide. However, by looking at the flower, it is not a Victoria mariae.

    Only 13 buds in total. 7 for one spike and 6 for another. May be the plant has yet to fully adapt the new environment. A bit disappointed.

    Since the spike is just pushed out, it already shows 6 flowers for the back spike and 5 for the front. I guess the flower count will finally be 8 for the back and 6-7 for the front.
