Definitely not insigne, but rather a hybrid involving it, spicerianum, and villosum; without a label you will probably not be able to determine the accurate name.

Have you done anything with this? Have you found that it reads differently than 'Regency'? I like all these F2 Paeony clones - Nice wide petals and good stems...
