    Phragmipedium Windsor Castle

That is a beauty. I'm really surprised to see the keiki-like leaves on the spike. Never seen anything like that. What are the leaves doing now?

Where have all the Phrag. Jason Fischers gone?

Yes it is four on one spike.

Where have all the Phrag. Jason Fischers gone?

Here's a Jason Fischer that bloomed recently for me. I miss seeing them offered for sale as well. It does seem like everything has gravitated toward kovachii, which make great hybrids, but there's just something about hybrids like Jason Fischer and Fox Valley Fireball. Fireball is my favorite...

Nice job growing it. Great looking flower.

    Bessae

My opinion is still that the pouch looks like there's influence of another species.

    Bessae

Very pretty flower. To me, the pouch looks like it has some influence from another species, maybe schlimii or something similar? It looks a little too round where I'd expect it to be a bit more elongated. Very nice though.

    Phrag. Rachel Kirk 'Sunshine'

Me too! The plant has extra wide leaves and occasionally has a "tooth" on a flower so I suspect it could be 3N or 4N. I don't know much about that type of thing though.

This is one I got from HP Norton. He made the cross which is Don WImber x besseae. I'm not saying this plant isn't Rachel Kirk but it looks like a nice Don Wimber. I'd expect to see more besseae influence. At any rate I like the plant a lot. It has six open on a single spike.

    Phrag. Fox Valley Fireball 'Rubythroat'

Not the best photo but it has eight open now.

    Phrag. Fox Valley Fireball 'Rubythroat'

I appreciate all the nice comments. This one grows larger than the other Fox Valley Fireballs I have. It currently has six growths.

    Phrag. Fox Valley Fireball 'Rubythroat'

A nice growing Fox Valley Fireball. One of the only ones I remember that had a branched spike. Years ago I had it outside and a hummingbird visited the flower.

Phragmipedium Yelva Myre ‘Bloody Mary’ AM/AOS

Very nice one. This is a fantastic hybrid. Most every one I've seen has been a winner.
