Successfully rescused this one. When I got this home I went to do a repot found almost all the roots were dead. Now throwing out healthy roots and finally opened up yesterday. Took near two months to flower.
I would not worry too much if you have any light damage to the roots. You are definitely growing some happy plants. It should be busy putting new roots and growths this time of year and will need a place to go, so definitely go with a size up on pot.
And sure enough... dampening off. Lost all the smaller ones. Leaves were looking fine and roots were separated. Cleaned everything up and repotted in new compot. I am hoping I caught it in time for the rest to recover.
Hi Stephen,
Yes, you have access to pictures of awarded plants on file as well as recorded measurements and descriptions. That is the number one reason I use the site for.
Goal is to provide close to ideal water conditions for a Phrag vittatum and other Phrags that will sit in standing water. Since the vittatum needs pure water not much I can do to give it a chemical boost but I can potentially give it a little movement in the water with an aquarium bubbler...
Their Millbrook should be killer, I am probably going to regret not getting one. I opted for a La Vingtaine 3N instead. I think they are going to start blooming in the fall, no?
