Drier in winter and more damp in warmer months but be very careful of rot. I would treat them closer to godefroyae and bellatulum.

Mountain orchids as Eric mentioned as well as Marni Turkel but she will only sell through ebay unless it is a flask. She has top quality clones from Tom Perlite and many others.

me too but it was a $1000 before I would even buy a plant so I am planning on Ecuador later in the year. Ironically the flights cost about the same and the flight to Ecuador stops in Miami :poke:

I use coarse bark in tight pots as well. I do leave them in a few centimeters of water but only about 50% of the time. I won't refill it until it has been evaporated for a day or two. I do not seem to get the rippling or dimples that are often seen on plants. Some older leaves show it but the...
