    The best godefroyae var. leucochilum that I've seen was at Ray Rands in 1995. The flowers were super red and dark and huge with at least 8-9 growths. I think it is even better than the one Krull Smith have. I wonder what ever happened to that plant. My guess is maybe at Orchid Zone. Too bad Ray...

    To me, most of them smell like fresh bake sweet bread or dessert. Like cinnamon roll without cinnamon! And you can smell this about 15 feet away! Super super strong scent. One drawback of Stanhopea is that a flower last at most 3 days. You have to grow them real big so they have tons of flowers...

    Filter sunlight. Winter temperature goes down to the mid 40F. Summer temperature can go up to mid 80F. Must water with really good water, like rain or RO water. I've never fertilized my plants.

    Here is my Miltoniopsis Unnamed (Woodland x Marie Anderson). This is the best one I have. Check out the color and form! I think when it get bigger I will bring it for judging! Look how flat the flower is! Do you think this one got a chance? NS is 13cm x 13.5cm.
