My Phrag Cape Sunset is finally blooming.

Damn he has a division of Phrag besseae var flavum available and I just spent all the money I got from Christmas on a compot of Phrag besseae! I guess 10 small babys are better than one large kid? Or I can at least keep telling myself that....LOL

What style light is this (hydrafarm, etc...) Also, does it have a seperate ballast or is it an all in one unit?
