Pretty much the same. Cold seemed to switch it to blooming mode. I do keep a little water at the base as it dried to quickly. Smell I will check. Ecuagenera USA. The usa branch give way better quality and in pots too.

I have been waiting for years for this moment and it is finally happening. Phragmipedium absolutely hate me. This is the only long pedaled one that likes me and looks gorgeous: roots, leaves and now flowers. I'm glad on the color on this as it maintains a dark purple/red pouch. Enjoy.

Go Montana!!! Personally the best state ever. That is gorgeous 😍 . The plant is perfect and seems like it was grown in a greenhouse with nothing to damage it: weather, bugs, animals. Nature really does do it best 👌.
