    Spider mite damage??

Thank you very much. I live in Denmark. I'll treat it with a neem-oil foliar-spray solution and later evt. Siltac which is an environment friendly product and very good in my opinion. I have cut it back dramatically, poor plant.

Could be fungal and/or bacterial after infestation.

    Spider mite damage??

Hoping someone can help me diagnose this. It's a Phragmipedium kovachii, old and dear, but I can't seem to find any mites.

Sorry, I missed your question. It's planted in a mix of small pine bark and small pebbles.

Well, I suppose it's mostly calcium carbonate. Marble rock as well. A mix of oyster shells and small stones. I add crushed egg shelves on top of the media a few times / year.

Kept cool and bright under LED. In "ebb and flow" and watered with pure water containing calcium/mag. Very little fertilizer never exeeding 50 tds. I use growcubes and limestone. This one I have had since 2017, and quite a big plant now. It blooms in winter and sometimes a second time in summer.

Good question, Ray.....the tank contains 50 l/rainwater with a very low tds. I mix Rain Mix, some tap water for ph and calcium and cal/mag. (More calcium);) The water/feed in the tank is changed every week, and every 2-3 months I switch to CaNO3. I might feed it some seaweed extract as well...

Maybe so, but I see a distinct difference if I leave it out for a few months.
