Hapalorchis pumila. I think.
I was on a birdwatching trip to see **** of the rock male birds displaying in a lek in Ecuador. Along the way I saw many orchids. I could not stop to photograph most of them, but I did get photos of a few. This one resisted identification for the longest time. But I think it is Hapalorchis...- Ricardo Boricua
