I'm new around here and thought I'd share a slipper I have in bloom at the moment. This is Phragmipedium Metolius River from Woodstream. This is its first spike, but the 3rd consecutive bloom on the spike with another bud forming. Happy new year, everyone!!

Here is the first flower of Phrag colorado river from woodstream orchids purchased in 2022. There are four flowers so far, hoping maybe this phrag. is a sequential bloomer. Does anyone else have this cross? Would love to see photos to compare!

I’m really happy with this one’s shape—wide, flat petals. There’s a slight deformation of the pouch on its side that I’m hoping will correct itself on the next flower. The peachy color is really pleasant, too. 😌
