The spicerianum looks like a combo with tranlienianum...! Very interesting!
 
I don't see any evidence of tranlienianum in the staminode. Wouldn't there be???

Yes I agree.

But staminode have a very big importance to differentiate two closely related species. Clearly.

When we talk about hybrids, it's less clear because the staminode can be from one of parents, the other or a mix.

In this case, this plant have a staminode very similar to spicerianum but dorsal form, petals form flower shape and color of the flower is clearly tranlienianum. No doubt for me.

But I'm not a specialist.:p
