Congratulation, since this is one of the hardest species to grow.

Superb,

Looks like a couple of spikes!

I had two spikes on mine when I got an AM (clonal name 'Marie')!

Yours is just as nice!

:clap::clap:

That "new" cross seems to be easier to grow than the old ones (that I have not grown but heard they were tricky)
Some other growers here in France have the same cross with good blooms.
But this cross smells (slightly) like a Bulbophyllum :D
I had Cercospora (fungal attack) in spring and I thought it would die but as you can see it has recovered very well after a treatment.:)

I forgot the growing infos:
It likes good pure water very much (as for Phrags), with low salts and not too alcaline.
As it needs to be watered very much, with high humidity and quite high temps the whole year, it's better to use a very well drained medium, or like me, rockwool growcubes are perfect (no rot when watered a lot)
This one is grown under lights (neons)

Thanks for the growing info, Paul. I have one which was in sphagnum when I purchased it, but I think it's due to be repotted. I wasn't sure what to use, so your info is helpful.

I love the blue color!!!

nice pictures (also yours too uri!) and thanks for posting the growing info. someone in our orchid club gave me one that they didn't think they could keep warm enough. it has survived for me but isn't very prolific but your info should help I think

wow.... those picture brings back memories from my "Amazonian Forest" time :)

one of my favorite plants ever.. (after Catasetum pileatum, that's clear :D LOL)

You are growing it great! I can't seem to make mine grow, and it's lost all it's leaves, although the pseudobulbs are nice and green and plump.
