Amitostigma pingucula

Anybody familiar with this little darling? I have a couple of its tubers arriving in tomorrow’s mail; could not resist the accompanying photos but know nothing about it. The purveyor is suggesting a mixture of sphagnum and akadama, which I can provide…seems like it’s a cool grower that becomes dormant in summer. I’m thinking open apothecary-jar terrarium? I know many in here understand my orchid-acquisition sickness but at least this is a tiny one.

Thank you. I’m watching the mail as it’s supposed to be delivered today and we have inches of snow. You’ve been at this forever; any cultural thoughts?

Here are photos of what arrived. The vendor generously included a third tuber. I want to plant them right away… I did not realize that Amitostigma was Poneorchis, so now I think I know what to do.
