Thanks for the nice comments. Here's my culture for it:
I mist it every day or every other day with a drenching watering once a week. Very light fertilizer, MSU-type. It's currently growing in bark and seems to like that. My temperatures hover around 60-70F depending on the time of year. It grows in my basement under LED fluorescent-tube type lights. Overall it doesn't seem tough to grow.
