Yes, I received an email about 2 weeks ago , he mentioned that we may have a weather break to ship the plants for you and me , he would confirm with me later (from the email, I assumed that you also ordered some plants , and among the peoples who bought the plants we are the only ones who live in the NY/NJ east coast, which would be a little risky to ship the plants ) I would guess most other peoples who live in the warmer parts of the US got their plants already .
We did have a good week right after buying the plants , but the same time at his end , there was a snow situation, the week after that it was our turn to have the recent snow storm . The past week was warm for us , but again the middle of the country experienced snow storm .
I assume that it is hard to do the shipping in the winter, where both at his end and at our end have to be in good weather at the same time .
I did receive plants from other vendors during this month from California, Wisconsin, Texas & Florida , but those plants' prices are low and are easy to be replaced .
For the price and value of Popow plants, I would myself rather be safe than sorry .

If you're going to order plants in the winter months, why
not ship two day FedEx, pay the extra money and feel
confident that your plants will arrive with minimum
stress? It makes no sense to me to risk damaged plants
when an alternative shipping method is available.

actually, it is not the shipping rate , he mentioned that USPS is better for him, and USPS priority mail is better for my case too, because:
- no one is at home to receive the package , USPS will either leave it at the porch, or a note for me to pick it up, the post office is close to my home.
-With FedEx, sometimes even with instruction to leave the box, they still want me to pick up. For FedEx I will have to go quite far to their location, I also don't want to have it delivered at the office (doesn't seem right)
