This is one of the ghost orchids. It doesn't have any leaves - only roots. The roots absorb light and provide food for the plant. This one is pretty easy.

I just grow it on a slab of wood and water daily. It's growing under LED lights of medium brightness. There were two plants on the slab when I got it about a year ago. Interestingly enough - one seems to be doing well and the other isn't.
