This is the third year I own this plant, and it is its best bloom to date. Unfortunately I lost a spike in the early stages of growth, so only 3 went all the way to blooming.
I hope to do better next year :D
This is one of my favourites orchid genus (Clowesia), not only for the beauty of its blossoms but also for its wonderful citrusy and spicy fragrance.

Thanks for sharing. There is a plant on eBay Catasetum "Pink Grapefruit" I'm looking at. Wonder if it's really a Clowesia. ??

I would guess it is the same, I have seen sellers from Thailand using this name, Catasetum instead of Clowesia (I think it was called Catasetum long time ago).

Wonderful... .Is it easy to grow?

The main challenge is to avoid watering at bad timing : in spring before new growths are big enough, and in fall when leaves start dropping. Like all Catasetinae, the main killer is rot on pseudobulbs.
Otherwise, I grow them well on south windowsill, full sun (Vancouver sun :rollhappy:)
