I got this 2 years ago from Popow Orchids, and it's the first bloom for me. It's a compact plant (the pot is 2.25" diameter) with fairly small flowers. It is endemic to Mt. Apo (Mindanao). A link to my Orchid Borealis blog post about this species (not too much additional info, though).

You can see the erose (irregular, jugged) margins around the petals and lip, which are supposed to be distinguishing characters from two other similar species. You might need to go to Flickr and magnify to see the erose margins of the lip, though.
