Some of my plants are starting to bloom.
This one is a very small plant yet but the first bloom is so nice.

What a cutie! I adore this kind of petite, delicate beauty.
Does the bloom have fragrance?

If I'm not mistaken on identity, I'd enjoy a gorgeous
Savannah photo of an all grown-up pussy cat.

Jean, most part of the plants from this populations are very variable in the shape of the staminode so it is hard to differenciate some clones from schlimii s.s. As Eric said, the petals and sepal color is usaully apple green when it starts to open and fades to pale yellow when the flower matures... but I do not agree with using color to split manzurii and schlimii and other characteristics (fenestrations, staminodial shield shape... etc) are quite variable, this is why I usually call them Eastern Cordillera schlimii.

Sounds very reasonable..!

Just absolutely lovely and about any fragrance?
Hi Abax, sorry I forgot to answer your first post. Yes it is fragant specially by noon. It has a honey? fragance very interesting. About Zeus, he is fully grown but is not so big. This afternoon I will take a picture for you.
Have a nice day!
