Photographed at Ecuagenera's main (cooler-growing) nursery in Gualaceo, Ecuador (near Cuenca).

It's about 4" tall if I remember correctly.
Marni Terkel says that it's probably Epidendrum orbiculatum.

interesting...!!! Duane, did you previously post an epidendrum like porpax, but with more pointy petals??? I would like to get one, but I cannot remember the name so that I can search for it...! TYIA.:)

That would be Epidendrum escobarianum. Pointy petals and red striping in the foliage. Really a neat species.
The last picture is a really weird angle. Makes me a little dizzy to look at it!

I didn't actually bring back any plants, but they're in the States regularly. I've ordered from them a few times, and it's been a breeze.

Cool blooms and pics! Thanks for showing us!
I'm impressed with Ecuagenera's plants. An ebay vendor-shermantp- got a shipment in September and sold a bunch then. Everything I got adjusted well, and the Kefersteinia mystacina had the cutest little bloom last month.
