I actually picked those two for their foliage. The sukhakulii was one in a large cardboard box imported last spring from Thailand, the curtisii one of a dozen hand-carried from Taiwan.
I like every sukhakulii, but I'm particularily pleased with the (superbiens var.) curtisii.

I can also provide a cat with the flower:

Since she failed to introduce herself, she's still The Cat, Queen of the stables, after ten years of knowing her.

Cheers,

Absolutely stunning foliage on those, wow. And, of course, you can admire the leaves year round.

I'm loving all the cats + plants pictures too :D

That's really unusual and beautiful foliage. Imagine what a gorgeous plant that Paph. curtisii will be when it is ready for a 6" pot.

That is the most disapproving glare I have ever seen from a cat. What in the world did you say to her?

great foliage and blooms!!!! Reading, before scrolling down to the pic with cat, I wondered if it would be 1 unifoliate or bifoliate one! :D ! Jean
