Another difficult one to take a good picture of... I think it's because it's underexpose.

Soooo pretty!! I'm surprised that it's flowering with the new growth being small still.

When I bought this division it had a second growth in spike. But it was growing on a stolon of 2-3inches above the media...so I made a cutting with it. A few months later both plants made a new growth but this one seemed more eager to flower. Probably because it's on the "mother" growth. I was also surprised it flowered on such a small growth. But it happens under my crammed conditions.
It will eventually get to it's normal size.

That's very interesting! Nice to have such an eager bloomer...and you are obviously growing it very well too!
