Yes, thank you. I am confused, (of course you're enthused! :evil: ) are the roots growing into the pot below?

Hi Eric. When the roots started growing through the bottom off the pot I carefully sawed the bottom of the pot off and using the same mix buried the original pot about one inch into the other larger pot. Did this around 6months ago and now I can lift both pots just holding the plant. It is watered with cool water 24/7 and fed with blood and bone ( tsp only) every May and November.

Thanks for the whole plant picture. It looks very healthy! Just a question, why didn't you just cut the whole pot off and put the whole root mass in the bigger pot?
 
Great plant and lovely flower! Your novel approach proves to me that this plant likes deep rooting and light feeding! I have a multigrowth plant that I just bought at the Pacific Orchid Exposition and haven't yet repotted. I guess I'll let its roots wander a while before deciding.
