While it's not fair to judge an entire cross based on one blooming of one plant, I haven't seen many venustum x Complex flowers that were. Here is one of the better that I have seen, Paph (Snowram x venustum). My apologies for the poor photo.

hey, I just had a good idea! when someone finds a thief who has hotlinked from an ebay sales to one of their nice orchid pics without permission, you could swap the good image for this one! ...i'm sure their ebay sales would drop precipitously...

ummmm, say you have a photo at a site called pretty.jpg, and someone hotlinks to your photo without permission, link being to pretty.jpg ; I think easiest way would be to rename the original pretty.jpg to something like realpretty.jpg, then put in 'that' orchid photo and give it the same original photo name (pretty.jpg) . just change the original photo name but leave it there until you are done with your joke, change the funny looking one to the original name. if you don't have or don't know how to change the name of the original file, you could just download it to your computer, delete that file and upload the funny pic with the same original flower name.
