Many thanks folks. The day was good and so was the food.

The rain didn't miss me the 2 weeks previous. Had 2 rooms flooded, the 2 large sheds out back flooded, 5 inches of water & mud in the orchid house.
Three of us took a number of days to clean things out to remove the carpets.
The tractor got bogged in the back yard. I have 20 acres of land and the surrounding property is 300 acres, at 10.30 pm when the flood struck, all we could see of all the land was knee deep water ( 320 acres ).
Was all dry till now, its now raining and its predicted to drop up to 4 inches of rain over the next 3 days.

Fortunately not Dot. We are inline to get the residue of the rain as it weakens. Estimated at up to 200mm in some areas. More likely to be 50 - 100mm with thunder storms in my area.

That's good. One of the news stations here superimposed the storm over an image of the United States to show how huge it was. Amazing!
