Hello from Sweden

Hi

I’ve been a member here for some time, but now i thought it was time for a formal presentation form my side.

My name is Andreas and i live in Sweden, my big interest is growing orchids. within Orchidaceae my favorite genus is Phragmipedium of which i currently have 11 plants, but i hope to expand my collection more the following years.

I’ve just taken an interest to in vitro propagation after reading and learning here how to do it, so hopeful i can share any success or failures here.

For those who would like to know; this are the Phragmipediums i grow.

Your thread on kovachii seed sowing is the reason i have taken a big interest in orchid propagation from seed, and i hope i will be as successful as you and others here in propagation and hybridizing =)

Yes, i pretty sure to that my slipper collection will grow because of all you here =) I’ve seen what this forum did to ”The mutant’s” Paph collection. So perhaps i will haft to start to figure out which non Phrag plants i will haft to sell in order to make room for more.

Is’t Theresa who has the alias ”The Mutant”. i’ve never spoken to her but i seen and read her post here and on the Swedish orchid forum.

The Mutant and Theresa are one and the same. If you see her on one of
the Swedish forums, tell her abax said to get right back here. I want to
know how her new Phrag. is doing. I'm going to venture into some Phrags.
in the spring, so I have some questions.
