I would like to buy a box of these reinforced hanging tags but I can't seem to figure out the keywords to find them. Does anyone know what they are called and/or where I can get them?

You buy blank tags, then get a power drill and drill a hole in the plastic tag. Easy peasy.
If I wanted to drill holes in tags I wouldn't be asking where to get the nice ones.

It’s easy to find pre-drilled tags, just not the ones with a metal grommet. It seems to me that if the tag is tugged on hard enough to break the tag (without the grommet) that the plant would suffer as well. I will say, though, that the tag you pictured looks bomb proof. Good luck with your search.
