I bought this last May because the flower had a lovely light lemon scent. However, it had no tag. The flower promptly fell off once I got it home and it has done little since. Finally, a new bloom has opened up. I think it might be bellina? Any thoughts on its id would be appreciated.

The leaves are not correct for a bellina. That is number one in my opinion. They are much wider, thicker and very glossy.
It could easily have Phal. bellina in the background. A straight bellina would generally be a slow grower and bloom in the summer months.
Lastly, I am completely unaware of a completely pale yellow variety.

Thank you very much. Definitely fits the slow grower bill but it was in bloom this time last year as well. And although it is somewhat whiter than in the photo it is yellow at the leaf margins. Probably some nice smelling hybrid. Appreciate the info.

These yellow flowered hybrids have Phalaenopsis emboinensis in them where the yellow color comes from.
I don’t think there are not a whole lot of registered yellow ones but they pretty much all look very much the same. So I don’t think you could identify exactly what cross this is.
