Hi from New Zealand

Hi all,
I have been growing Paphs down here at the bottom of the world for a couple of years and thought I should sign up to pick your collective brain when I need help (quite often).
One of the problems with New Zealand (there aren't many) is that there is only limited Paph stock available and so my first question is can anyone point me in the direction of places that sell good stock in flasks? Flasks are the best way for me as NZ has some of the tightest biosecurity in the world and the red tape to go through to import live plants is horrendous. The main requirement is that the supplier has to provide a Phytosanitary Cert.

Hi kiwi and welcome. I was wondering when someone from acorss the ditch would join. I can't really help with flask suppliers. Maybe you could check out some of the Thai and Taiwanese nurseries. or even the US. What has happened to L&R Orchids? They used to have some great plants. I think seed no longer has restrictions so perhaps that is another avenue to persue?

Taiwan nurseries (who are setup for exports) can provide phyto/cites certificates. But you need to send them a copy of you Import permit first.

Ching Hua, Formosa, Iweyshen, In-charm. comes to mind.
