ID please

The following is the first phrag I ever bought. It is giant in size and I am quite sure that it is a hybrid but the parents and ID are unknown. I would therefore like to invite the above information, please. Since I am a baby on growing phrag, growing tips such as water frequency, light requirement etc. are also invited. I just put it next to the roths that the place receives higher light among my green house.

This closer look was taken at the shop I bought it.
