They are also in the process of getting new state and provincial registrations, and when that is done, "Garden Solution" will be renamed "Synergro".
So far, all material I have gotten from them, as recently as a new batch made last week, the labels are unchanged, but I thought I'd throw this out now, to prepare folks for the change.
