Laelia heidii

I saw a large plant of Laelia heidii. Unfortunately it was in a very awkward place to take photos. The inflorescences are tall. The one in the photo was the only one I could reach because it was growing sidewise.

She looks lovely .... may I ask where did you see it ? Growing in the open in the wild or in a garden (or greeenhouse) ?

Its growing in a shade house that gets lots of air movement, it has a roof that protects the plants from rain so that watering can be strictly controlled. It is getting bright light but not full sun. Its in a large terracota pot.
