There's a seller on eBay who lists lots of rupiculous Laelias from time to time. He's somewhere in PA, I think.
Edited to add: I just checked and he doesn't have any listings at the moment. But check again from time to time. He usually lists a dozen or so different species all at one time.

Andy's Orchids http://www.andysorchids.com/default.asp has some rupiculous Laelias. You should call him and ask whether he has liliputiana or any other not listed in teh website...
