For your viewing pleasure. It’s obviously not a Paph or Cattleya but it did have 428 flowers. Clonal named for a good friend who recently passed.

In this case the plant was sectioned off into quadrants with dental floss (one of our students is a dentist) and four judges each counted a quarter. Sometimes it’s just one hapless student. I once had to tackle a specimen Dendrochillum.

What a fantastic specimen plant! I've seen some large ones at shows, but the flower count is amazing on this
one.
