i don't think it is hermannii with henryanum (henryanum has random large spots), i would guess hermannii with something else (is there another paph with white edge dorsal, small dots along the veins on the dorsal & concentrated dots on the petals near the column growing near by?

There is a villosum type in Vietnam (unfortunately, near Dalat, in central vietnam, which is not in the same area of North Vietnam hermanii ) that has white edge along the top of the dorsal, dots along the veins of the dorsal, and concentrated dots near the joints of the petals , this paph may create these kind of features in hybrid similar to what seen in your photo?

while going thru the website from your photo, I see this paph that may fit the bill , since it is listed as growing in Guangdong , this China state borders North Vietnam, perhaps it also grows in North Vietnam , where you find hermannii.
the description says it is similar to gratrixianum (as per Slippermatt suggestion)

The natural hybrid, what ever provenience, is nice - but, by golly, the villosum in your link is extraordinary gorgeous!!!

And btw. in relation to determining the origin of the natural hybrid I tend to side by the people, who think x aspersam closer - but might it not be extra difficult to get to the bottom of the matter, as one could imagine that various species and natural hybrids might engage in fierce intermingling in northern Vietnam?

Kind regards,
Jens

by the way, look at the one on the left of second row, the pouch of this villosum looks so out of ordinary of any paphs' pouches, that probably one in a million .
