I love how even & consistent the arching of the leaves is on Fuji nishiki.
I think I've read somewhere that it is a feature of this variety.

Mine is the same way, although the variegation on mine is yellowish while yours appear white? Plus, mine doesn't show much other than this one growth which is nicely colored like one of yours.
I see the new leaves come out dark green.
Does the variegation set in later?

I know some variegation is already present as a new leaf emerges while on others it kicks in as the leaf matures.
Obviously, some does both?

Regarding the second one, do you find it slower than others with more green on the leaves?
