hi all,

i am cedric, i come from southwest france and i am a terrestrial orchid enthusiast.

i do not cultivate lady slipper orchids now but tried and lost by the past (cypripedium).

i grow my orchids in a meadow with some trees and i have a few french terrestrial and also others terrestrial orchids like cymbidium, pleione, pogonia and calanthe.

my pleasure is both sowing genus i don't have, and acclimate them in the park.
i sow in an associative lab

i'm happy to be with such specialists and orchid lovers and i hope to learn many and many, and maybe, desire again lady slipper orchids for a new introduction in the park.

my english language is not really good. You would excuse me for...

best regards

Welcome from snowy Boston, MA. I hope you get around to posting pictures of some of your terrestrials blooming when in season.

Oh, shut up sunny California! We're all cold back here in the east and would love to be where you are!!!

Welcome to ST, Cedric, from KY...where it's COLD and
everyone is grumpy.

and even warmer and more sunny in sunny South Africa. (Sitting on the patio at the farm, savoring a good glass of wine, indulging in a favorite pastime (reading slippertalk posts), looking forward to a blissfully warm evening BBQ.

Welcome Cedric! From a warm and very sunny South Africa. I can see by your pictures that I am going to enjoy your contributions.
