One of the rarest species of the genus Nigritella grows also on the Schafberg in Austria. (See http://www.slippertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?p=164676#post164676
It is Nigritella stiriaca
On last friday I had the possibility to seek for this rarity. There are 3 localities in different altitudes on the Schafberg where this species grows.
In the higher elevations it is now in flower in the lower the flowerperiod is over.
Very often they grow together with Gymnadenia conopsea
