This is my first paph. ever aquired, 1/2 dead from Lowe's, and this is the first time I've seen it bloom (blasted just before opening last year). I'd like it a lot more if it had a name and would open up more. Been open for over 2 weeks now.

Love all the hairs along the petal edges! Very pretty! I wonder if it has ciliolare in its background?

It's a pretty one - but if you named it to a valid cross' name, every name would be surely the wrong one. So name it 'BELOVED'. :D

Best regards from Germany, rudolf

I like it very much. It might flatten out on future bloomings; but, even if not, it's still quite nice. However, you'll never figure out a correct name. It's a NoID forever.

I'm going against every bone in my body (and most everyone else's) trying to name this one, but it looks pretty close to one of mine, which is also blooming now. I don't know how to insert a URL. But here is the plant in an earlier posting of mine.

Thanks, all these maudiae alba types are so similar, and the crosses likely variable, that all hope for a correct name is lost. Makes me want to get a few seedings of this type with great parents as I really like these albas.
